- After the form will be opened in your screen, fill all the information correctly as per the application form.
- Upload your latest passport sized photograph and scanned signature.
- After filling the form and upload photograph correctly, and make payment of fees.
- After payment is made, you will get a digital receipt, keep the receipt no. and print out of that receipt with you.
